ROLE: DEVELOPMENT CO-ORDINATOR: DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FUNDED PROGRAMMES
Responsible for the development and maintenance of relations with
projects/grantees within the Sl?intecare Integration Fund/Healthy
Ireland Fund.
The Development Co-ordinator will liaise with a caseload of
projects/grantees, providing advice and guidance on programme
requirements. The role involves monitoring the progress of projects,
and the provision of supports to enable the achievement of expected
programme outcomes.
The successful applicant will join a Department of Health Operations
Team that is supporting the implementation of key government
strategies, namely Sl?intecare and Healthy Ireland.
Grantees under the Sl?intecare Integration Fund/Healthy Ireland Fund
include the HSE, Local Authorities, NGOs and Children and Young
People?s Services Committees.
